Dealing of the Cards

Hi,

I have a question about dealing of the cards. What do you think, if at the start of a new hand after the blinds have been posted, should the dealer start dealing the “hole cards” with the person to his left or with the person to the left of the big blind?

The dealer starts dealing cards to the player to the left of the button, which is the small blind.
